Welding guns KTP-8-1 are intended for equipment of suspended resistance welding machines.

Welding guns are used for electrical resistance spot welding of plate structures and cruciform joints of rods.

Maximum thickness of welded parts depends on the power of current source and welding circuit.

Welding guns KTP-8-1 equip machines MTP-01 (MTP-1110), MTP-02 (MTP-1111).

They can be used for bodywork and tinwork, steelwork production, for high temperature flux soldering.

Version with electrodes outreach 350 mm or 115 mm is under request.

Maximum allowed pressure force on the welding guns with outreach 350 mm is 120 daH (at air pressure 0,4 mPa).

Increasing of air pressure can damage welding guns.

Maximum allowed pressure force on the welding guns with outreach 115 mm is 400 daH.
