UKP-03 machine is intended for cable ends, sleeves and connectors soldering.
Cable ends and connectors are heated by electric-contact method between graphite electrodes.
Tin-plating of cable ends with cross sections 16 – 70 mm² is carried out in the bath with melted solder.
The machine can work in two modes:
- Manual mode. Heating and soldering process is carried out by the operator with the help of foot pedal.
- Automatic mode. Constant temperature of the cable ends is held with the help of temperature regulator TRM-500.
The machine design has a carriage for making working process easier for the operator. The carriage fixes the cable and moves it between the bath with melted solder and soldering place.
